FOUNDATIONS TRAINING - Our Foundations Training classes are offered year round on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:15-6:00AM. This class is designed for our beginner athletes. If you've been away from exercise for awhile and want a safe place to start with others in the same place as you, then this might just be a perfect fit!
Go Slow: Our Foundations Training classes start slow and build intensity over time. The class is only 45 minutes, and we spend time on mobility, explanation, and perfecting good form! The more you learn, the less time we will need to spend explaining and your endurance and strength will improve. In no time at all, you will be ready for slightly longer and more intense workouts, our F5 classes.
Learn the Importance of Nutrition and Sleep. To be successful with any fitness program, you must learn how to properly fuel your body. Foundations Training will show you exactly that. Learn what it means to eat clean, minimize sugars, and why "Calories In, Calories Out" diet plans NEVER work. In this class, we teach you the keys to long term success.
Get Ready for Our F5 Classes. The main goal of the Foundations class is to prepare you for F5. You will learn modifications specific to you, how to scale your workouts to best challenge you without feeling like you have to "keep up" with more our more advanced athletes. By the time you join F5, you will have the confidence that you can take on any workout we give and know how to make it your own!

Join a F5 class or Get an At-Home Workout: Our Foundations Training classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:15 - 6:00AM. However, you are also welcome to join us on a F5 morning (M/W/F 5-6 or 6-7AM) as well. You will still have a Foundations workout, but will follow the format of the F5 class. This will give you the opportunity to meet other members of your fitness community and see how much you can improve by sticking to the program. They will surely inspire you!
If you aren't quite ready to attend a F5 class, that's okay! We will give you an additional workout that you can do at home - no equipment required. Your choice! Do what's best for you!

GROUP TRAINING - Our F5 classes are high intensity, community centered classes designed to get you in the best shape of your life faster than you ever thought possible.
We work on endurance, strength, and speed in a fun and challenging atmosphere. We train everyone from the truest beginner to the most elite athlete. Classes run year round.
All you need is a mat and water, and we supply the rest! In our classes, you will experience a broad range of workout formats using all types of fitness equipment.
Classes meet three times per week at 5:00 and 6:00 AM.
You will also have access to our private Facebook group for F5 members only where you will receive additional workouts, new recipes, motivation, accountability, and encouragement.

FITNESS We strive to help you feel better, move better, and look better. That's it. Feel better by having more confidence, improve your self-esteem, and start the day off on the right foot. We teach you functional movements that will help you just do life better. And, of course, we help you to look better. Lose body fat and gaining lean muscle mass will give you the look you want.
FUNCTIONAL Each exercise is strategically placed in your routine with a specific purpose and goal. Our workouts are carefully designed to hit certain groups of muscles and to allow you to best utilize your time and effort. We design our workouts based on functional movements – to help you in your everyday life.
FUN We believe that training should be FUN! It doesn't have to be something you dread doing. We work in a friendly, group atmosphere and sometimes will work in partner pairs or in teams. The hour will fly by!
FUEL For optimal results, every client will be taught the importance nutrition and rest play in providing your body with the essential building blocks needed to change your body composition.
FOCUS We encourage our clients to schedule 1:1 FOCUS meetings to discuss personal goals, track weight and measurements, take progress pics, and we keep you accountable to stay on track. Getting fit is SIMPLE...but not always easy. We are here to give you the support and encouragement you need in just 10 minutes as often as you need.
